Triumph Africa is committed to providing exceptional safari experiences. Due to the nature of our services, which involve advance payments to lodges, guides, and park authorities, all bookings are governed by strict refund conditions outlined below.
Once payment is made for a safari or related travel service, the transaction is considered final. We are unable to issue refunds under any of the following circumstances:
We understand that travel plans may change. Date changes requested more than 30 days before your scheduled safari may be considered at our discretion and are subject to:
Changes within 30 days of your safari are not permitted and will be treated as cancellations.
Triumph Africa shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
In such cases, we may offer a credit voucher valid for up to 6 months, subject to availability and rebooking fees. Refunds will not be issued.
We do not offer refunds for amounts already paid to third-party providers such as hotels, national parks, airlines, or transfer companies, even if a booking is canceled or altered.
